Serving Together
The team at Calvary Chapel Lake Arrowhead is made up of men and women who love God, love His Word, and love this community. Each person serves out of a calling to see lives transformed by the grace of Jesus Christ.
From the pulpit to the parking lot, each person on this team is here because they believe the local church matters. We are imperfect people serving a perfect God, and it is our greatest honor to do that together — right here in the mountains.
On November 2, 2025 Pastor Miles was prayed in by Pastor Scott Stout and the Board of Calvary Chapel Lake Arrowhead as the Senior Pastor. He previously served as Pastor Scott’s Assistant Pastor for five years, but has been apart of this family since April 2018. Miles and Judi were married shortly after meeting on the mission field in South Africa. They have been married since May 2013 and together have three boys. Judi serves as the Childrens Ministry Coordinator. Both have a desire to minister to the Lord and His people through Bible teaching and discipleship.
I came to know the Lord at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa in 1971. That same year, I met my beautiful bride, whom I affectionately called “Shorty.” We were blessed with 49 wonderful years of marriage before she went home to be with the Lord in 2020. Together we raised three children and are now blessed with seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
I spent 40 years in the construction industry in sales, sales management, and business ownership before entering full-time ministry in 2010. I first served as an Outreach Pastor at Harvest Christian Fellowship and currently serve in Ministry Relations with First Liberty Institute, while also serving as an Associate Pastor at Calvary Chapel Lake Arrowhead.
I enjoy exploring and spending time in God’s creation through outdoor activities of all kinds. My passion is to walk in obedience to all the Lord has called me to do for the furtherance of the Gospel and the building of His Kingdom
Rich Wenda is an Associate Pastor. As such, he seeks to lift the arms of the Senior Pastor and provide care and assistance to the Staff and Saints. He believes that the Holy Spirit-inspired Word of God must be taught and defended to rightly equip those who will hear the transformative Gospel of Jesus Christ, that all may know the Father.
Rich was Saved by Grace through Faith in 1980. He has been married for 49 years to his daring bride Kristy, with whom he has served since the early ‘80’s. They have three blessings from God: Melyssa, Michael, and Jeffrey.
Previously, he was an Aerospace Engineer, Entrepreneur, and Drag Racer, loved cars, motorcycles, camping, and hiking. Today, he loves to study, read, and learn (he asks, “Where was that in my academic years?”), and you’ll find him enjoying a Bronco Game.

Craig and Misty are a couple with a heart to worship the Lord. They have a love and passion to see God’s people encouraged in the presence of God. They bring decades of musical and worship ministry experience to the service. Together they work hard to serve the church through praise and worship.
I currently serve as Lead Usher and member of the board. I gave my life to the Lord in February 1993 at Calvary Chapel San Bernardino, where I served until God led my family and me to Calvary Chapel Lake Arrowhead. My wife, Stephanie, and I recently celebrated our 30‑year anniversary. We have three adult children and five wonderful grandchildren.
In July 1997, while attending a Harvest Crusade with my family, I accepted the Lord and started attending CCLA with my wife, Kathy, and our two kids. I have been serving at CCLA ever since as an Usher and or Security. Kathy and I have been married for 50 years as of August 2026. Kathy and my kids started going to CCLA in 1994. I currently serve on the board and as Lead of the security team.
Joe facilitates the Mens Bible Studies and is part of the maintenance crew here. He serves in various ministries. Janet is the office assistant here at Calvary and the Women’s Ministry Coordinator and loves one on one discipleship with women, and is also a certified Biblical Counselor.
