You weren’t created to carry guilt, shame, or emptiness alone. God loves you deeply and has made a clear way back to Him through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The Roman Road shows exactly why we need Jesus and how simple it is to receive Him right now.
”For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
Humanity Is Doomed Without Christ
“For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
Because of Adam’s sin, every person is born with a sinful nature. We do not become sinners only when we do wrong things — we sin because we are sinners at heart. No one is righteous on their own. Without Christ, we remain separated from God and under His judgment. This is the serious condition of all humanity.
The Wages of Sin Is Death
“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)
Because we are sinners by nature, the just penalty for our sin is death — eternal separation from God. This is the unavoidable outcome for every person who remains in their sin. Left on our own, humanity has no escape from this judgment. Yet God offers eternal life as a free gift in Christ Jesus.
Christ Died for Sinners
“But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)
Even though we were born with a sinful nature and stood under God’s judgment, Christ died for us. While we were still sinners and enemies of God, Jesus took the punishment we deserved. This is the only way our sinful nature can be forgiven and our separation from God can be ended.
Confess Jesus as Lord and Believe
“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
There is only one way to escape the doom of our sinful nature: believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. This is not about trying to be good enough. It is about trusting completely in what Christ has done and surrendering your life to Him as Lord.
Peace with God Through Christ
“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” (Romans 8:1)
When we trust in Jesus and confess Him as Lord, we are justified by faith and receive peace with God. There is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ. Nothing in all creation can ever separate us from God’s love. Our sinful nature is no longer our master — we belong to Christ forever.
Will You Receive the Risen Christ Today?
Jesus Christ died for your sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day.
If you understand the truth of your sinful nature and the judgment you face without Christ, turn to Him in faith. Pray this prayer from your heart:
“Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and deserve Your judgment. I believe You died for my sins, were buried, and rose again on the third day, defeating death. I turn from my sin and trust in You alone as my Savior and Lord. Come into my life, forgive me, and save me. Thank You for giving me eternal life. Amen.”
If you prayed this prayer sincerely, you have passed from death to life. You are now a child of God.
