Adding to your Home Screen
No App Store needed. Follow these four steps and you’ll have the site on your home screen in under a minute. This only works in Safari — not Chrome or other browsers.
Open in Safari
Visit calvarycla.org in Safari. Tap the three dot menu at the bottom right of the browser, then tap Share at the top of the menu.
Tap “Share”
In the menu that appears tap Share at the top. This opens the iOS share sheet where you’ll find the option to add to your home screen.
Tap “Add to Home Screen”
Scroll down in the share sheet and tap Add to Home Screen. You may need to scroll to find it in the list.
Tap “Add”
Make sure Open as Web App is toggled on, then tap Add in the top right corner. Done.
You’re all set
That’s it.
Your app is ready.
The CCLA app now lives on your home screen — tap it anytime to open in full screen.
Push Notifications

Once the app is on your home screen, follow these steps to turn on notifications — so you never miss a sermon, announcement, or update from Calvary Chapel Lake Arrowhead.
Open the App
Tap the CCLA icon on your home screen to launch the app. Make sure you’re opening it from your home screen, not from Safari.
Tap “OK”
A bar will appear at the bottom of the screen asking to Enable Notifications. Tap OK to continue.
Tap “Allow”
iOS will ask “CCLA Would Like to Send You Notifications.” Tap Allow and you’re all set — notifications are on.
You’re All Set
Notifications are on. You’ll receive updates like this whenever there’s a new sermon, announcement, or important news from Calvary Chapel Lake Arrowhead.
Android
One tap. That’s all.
On Android, just tap the Add to Android button at the top of this page. Your browser handles the rest — tap Install when prompted and the app appears on your home screen instantly.
